Lash extensions come in classic, hybrid, anime and volume styles, booked either as full sets or as fills for returning clients. Classic full sets add length and definition for an everyday look without needing mascara, while the brown classic set uses brown lashes for a more natural result. Anime sets use spiked placement for a wispy effect, and volume sets aim for a fuller, more glamorous look. New clients booking a full set get extra consultation time to choose a style, and that price depends on the style selected. Every lash appointment is done in a fully reclining chair.

Brow services include waxing and tinting. Clients who want lifted lashes rather than extensions can book the Korean lash lift with tint, and upper lip waxing is also available.

Hours are Monday and Wednesday from 9:30 AM to 4 PM, Friday from 9:30 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday from 9:30 AM to 5 PM, with the studio closed Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. Cancellations need more than 24 hours' notice; later cancellations are charged 25% of the service price, and no-shows are charged 50%. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
