The spa aims to bring together a natural, rustic feel and modern science, taking an integrative view of natural wellness and beauty. It donates 3% of its profits to tree planting and to coastal health in Rhode Island through Save the Bay, and it states that a tree is planted for every treatment purchased. It also lists a goal of improving community health while caring for the environment.

Facials are customized and include professional exfoliation, extractions and targeted treatment products, with named options aimed at acne, aging skin and radiance. Peels run from Level 1 to Level 4, from gentle enzyme-based exfoliation to more advanced resurfacing. Body remedies include seaweed wraps, herbal and botanical treatments and a menopause-support face and body service. Massage options include signature, deep tissue, uplift and prenatal massage. Virtual skincare and wellness consultations are also available, where an esthetician or health coach emails a personalized plan after a form is completed. A six-month one-on-one health coaching program includes two 50-minute sessions a month by Zoom, phone or in person, with email and phone support.

The spa is open by appointment only: Monday 9 AM to 5:30 PM, Wednesday and Thursday 9 AM to 7 PM, Friday 9 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 8 PM and Sunday 9 AM to 2 PM. A credit card must be kept on file for every reservation. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours carry a 50% charge, a deposit may be required to hold appointments in that window, and a missed appointment with no notice is charged in full. Children under 12 may not accompany parents or caregivers during appointments, and late arrivals may have their treatment shortened if it runs into the next service. Green Carpet Rewards earns one point per dollar spent, with 1,000 points worth $50 toward services, products and gift cards. Gift cards have no expiration date and are transferable. Lifestyle memberships are billed monthly by auto-pay on a one-year commitment with no cancellation fee and unused services roll over, and members get 10% off retail and one extra spa treatment a month.
