Classic sets apply one extension to each natural lash for a subtle, natural look, and can be ordered in long or short lengths. Hybrid sets combine classic and volume lashes. The Bossy line is for bold, full, dark lashes, and the Baddie mega volume set is the heaviest option. Fills are offered two to three weeks after a set, while 30 to 50 percent of lashes remain. A fill booked later, or with less than 30 percent remaining, is charged as a full set. A one-week touch-up is available on any set that still has more than half its lashes full.

Appointments run on set days: Monday and Friday evenings, Wednesday mornings, and Saturday morning into early afternoon. Clients are asked to arrive with no makeup on their lashes, and makeup removal is available as a separate service. Guests are asked not to bring anyone along. Early or late appointments outside regular hours, and house calls at the client's home for full sets and fills, are available for an added fee.

Payment is accepted by cash, Zelle and Apple Pay, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval needed before the appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment, and no-shows, are charged a 30 percent fee. Advanced one-on-one lash training is offered for licensed lash and esthetics technicians learning lash styling, volume and hybrid sets. It costs $1,500 and takes about four hours, and new clients pay a $200 deposit to book it.
