Services are built around a consultation. Every haircut includes a personalized consultation, shampoo and hot towel, and every color service includes a consultation and hot towel. A matchmaking quiz helps clients find a stylist suited to their hair goals, style and personality, and according to the salon, its stylists are the right fit for clients by that measure. Color is measured with Salon Scale technology, used since October 1, 2023, to track the exact amount of color and product used. Corrective color and double process blonde require a consultation before booking and are priced hourly with a deposit. Artisan color and color melting excludes pre-lightening. Haircut pricing is gender-neutral and depends on time, technique and hair length, and varies with stylist experience.

Treatment options include Brazilian Blowout, a keratin amino acid treatment that takes two to three hours and starts at $225, with longer or thicker hair adding $25 or more. Brazilian Sealed End starts at $50 and uses a Thermo-Marine Bonding System. K18 reparative treatments are offered as a full service or an add-on, and Davines conditioning treatments are customized from 24 options. Milbon Scalp Head Spa and Milbon Reawaken treatments are also available, and the Reawaken treatment includes home care for up to five weeks. A treatment membership at $60 gives two treatments a month plus a 10% product discount. Hair extensions begin with a consultation with a HALO Artist and include tape-ins, hand-tied wefts and keratin bonds. The salon does not offer permanent waves because of the nature and ventilation of the space.

Lash and brow services are also offered. A lash consultation is a 15-minute session with a lash technician and is complimentary with a first service, and the new client special for a Classic Full Set is $160. Clients are asked to arrive without mascara, eye makeup or contact lenses. Facial waxing uses the Nufree Waxing System, and the spa offers Eminence Organic Skin Care and Jane Iredale Makeup.

The salon is open Monday 11 AM to 8 PM, Tuesday 10 AM to 7 PM, Wednesday 10 AM to 8 PM, Thursday 11 AM to 8 PM and Friday 7 AM to 5 PM, and is closed on weekends. Salon tours are offered on Mondays and Tuesdays and include a complimentary blow-out or style. Cancellations need 24 hours notice, and no-shows or late cancellations are charged 50% of the service price. Credit card payments carry a 3% surcharge. Hair services are not refunded in money; haircut and color adjustments are offered within 7 days, and corrective color is not eligible. Retail products may be returned if they have little or no use.
