The studio is set up with individual lash rooms, so each appointment is one-on-one. Appointments are by booking only, and lash application usually takes about one to three hours depending on the service and the look wanted. Clients are asked to arrive without eye makeup, phones are silenced and kept unused during the visit, and children are not permitted at appointments.

Fill timing matters here. Fills are recommended within four weeks of the last visit, and later appointments are charged as full sets. Mini fills must be booked within seven days of the last appointment and do not include removal cleanup. Clients coming from other lash salons are charged for a three-week fill or a full set if needed, and the salon may remove extensions that were not applied properly at its discretion. Single-use supplies are disposable, and reusable tools are cleaned and sanitized before and after every appointment.

Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged half the service price plus a deposit toward future appointments. Credit card payments carry a 3% price increase, while cash, Venmo and other fee-free methods are accepted. Estheticians on staff were formerly at another well-known Norwell salon, and custom spray tans are also offered through Lauren Venuto.
