Because only two aestheticians work at a time, appointments fill quickly. Clients are asked to book in advance, and online booking is the preferred method; it closes 12 hours before an appointment time. A booking confirmation arrives by email only once the request is accepted, and a reminder text is sent the day before. The salon does not accept or check email and social media messages. Walk-ins are welcome according to the booking profile, but same-day openings are not always available, and a weekly cancellation list covers last-minute requests without guaranteeing a spot.

The menu spans facials, skin care add-ons, lash and brow services, airbrush tanning and waxing. Facials run from a 40-minute Express Facial to 70-minute hydro and dermaplaning sessions, and peels and dermaplaning can be booked alone or added to a facial. The salon says its Brazilian waxes take about ten minutes.

Before a lash lift, clients should arrive without eye makeup and with contacts removed, and lashes must stay dry for 24 hours afterward. Airbrush tanning works best when clients arrive shaved or waxed, freshly showered and exfoliated, with no creams, oils or lotions on the skin. Manicures and pedicures are best done the day before a facial or tan, and darker, loose-fitting clothing is suggested for appointments.

Services are reserved for the person booked, and cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Facial cancellations made inside 24 hours are charged half the service cost, and same-day facial cancellations are charged in full to the card on file. A missed appointment without notice is charged the full service price. Cancellations are made by calling the shop at 781.749.0085 or replying to the appointment text; that number is a landline and does not receive texts.

The salon says it was named Best Wax Studio by the Boston Business Women Awards and that South Shore Lifestyle Magazine voted it Best of the South Shore in hair removal, facial and brow shaping for 2020 through 2023. Payment is accepted by cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Gift cards are available, and gift certificates can only be used with Sarah Long. The shop has handicap access.

Small, individually owned studio where a limited number of aestheticians work at once, so booking ahead is encouraged.
