The business says it was the first lash bar to open in Arizona and in the United States, and that it is recognized as a board-approved trainer in Arizona. It also says it was featured on ABC's Sonoran Living. It offers lash training for professionals who want to register. According to the business, applying extensions to the public in Arizona requires a state board license as an esthetician or cosmetologist.

Appointments are by appointment only and can be booked online. A full set takes about two hours, and a fill takes 45 to 60 minutes. Fills are generally recommended every two to three weeks and are available only to current Lash Bar clients. Extensions typically last four to eight weeks, depending on care and natural lash growth. A 60-minute massage of the hands, arms, feet or legs costs $69 during a full set or fill, and a 90-minute massage costs $89 during a full set.

The business does not work on top of extensions applied by other salons, so clients with extensions from elsewhere should book a lash removal before a first full set. Emergency removals of work from other salons are available same-day or after hours by text. Clients are advised not to remove extensions at home, as this can damage natural lashes. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person and through the booking platform for bookings from $50 to $4,000. Gallery photos are not edited or digitally enhanced to make lashes look thicker or fuller.
