Lash work is the core of the menu. Classic sessions take one to two and a half hours, volume two to three hours, and mega volume two and a half to three hours. Hybrid extensions combine classic lashes with volume fans. The salon describes its adhesives as non-toxic and medical-grade, and its lashes as lightweight. Removal takes about 30 minutes and uses a cream that dissolves the adhesive. The lash lift and tint takes 45 minutes to an hour, lifts and curls natural lashes without extensions, and lasts six to eight weeks; a black tint can be added for definition. According to the salon, classic and volume extensions run $90 to $175, mega volume $150 to $199, and the lift and tint $75 to $95.

Brow and hair removal services include shaping, tinting, lamination, sugaring and waxing. Brow shaping starts with a consultation and then uses waxing or sugaring to create a custom design, and brow maintenance is recommended every four weeks. Brow lamination sets the brow hairs in place for several weeks. Sugaring uses a paste of sugar, lemon juice and water, and the sugar paste is imported from Italy. Waxing is offered to men and women and includes bikini, Brazilian, Manzilian and face. Spray tans are organic airbrush treatments in Signature, Express Signature, Violet and Express Violet versions, with color lasting seven to twelve days with proper care. Facials are also on the menu.

The salon describes its team as highly trained and licensed estheticians. Private treatment rooms have custom beds with memory foam, a heating option and power knee support, and the spa room is described as serene and peaceful. Staff train on models for an average of three months before working on full-paying clients.

A card on file is required to book, and reminders go out by email and text 48 hours ahead. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice. A no-show or late cancellation is charged the cost of the booked service. Service may be refused for contraindications, and the appointment may still be charged in full. Young children are not permitted because the salon cannot watch them. Lashes that fall out excessively can be fixed for free if reported within three days. The salon says tools and workspace are sanitized and wax pots are never double dipped. A membership program offers discounts on spa services and access to members-only events.
