Visits usually start with a conversation. Complimentary consultations are available by appointment, and a hair matchmaking survey helps pair each client with a stylist. Color is priced individually based on hair length, density, and how complex the service is, and a consultation is required before extensions or a perm. Smoothing treatments are also best started with a consultation. Prices vary with the stylist, services, and products used, so a quote from the stylist is encouraged before any service.

Haircuts include a consultation, shampoo, conditioning, the cut, and a blow-dry finish. Cuts start at $15 for a neck and bang trim, $70 for a clipper or scissor over comb cut, and $75 to $100 depending on length. The LAB Luxe Cut adds a nourishing post-cut treatment for $40. Extensions use Bellami human hair, and the salon lists tape-in, K-tip fusion, and hand-tied weft methods, each with its own typical wear time. All extension methods need regular maintenance and professional home care.

Booking policies are straightforward. Appointments are recommended and walk-ins are accepted when available. A credit card is requested to secure bookings, and payment plans are offered. Changes made with at least 24 hours notice carry no charge. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may lead to rescheduling and a 50% late cancellation or no-show fee, and no-shows may also be subject to a 50% service fee. Booking early is recommended for weddings, group bookings, and bridal services.
