The Kollective Co. describes itself as a shared space for creating and connecting, built for artists who care about intention, community and craft. It is appointment-only: clients request a session and the artist confirms a time.

Kollective Ink, the tattoo studio inside the space, focuses on fine line work led by Lisa. Booking starts with an intake form covering the idea, placement, size and reference images. Once the design is confirmed, a booking form arrives for choosing dates and final details. A non-refundable deposit secures the appointment and counts toward the final cost. Minors are welcome by inquiry only.

Serene Moon Studio, also inside the space, offers custom lash sets by Cassandra. Each set is planned around the client's natural features and everyday routine. New clients booking the NEW MOON FULL SET receive an aftercare kit.

The studio also runs custom tattoo parties for birthdays, weddings and other celebrations. These need a deposit to hold the date, are priced around event size, location and vision, and are limited to flash designs in fine line and minimal color. The host space must be indoors, clean and well lit, and guests must be sober at the time of service.

Policies cover the whole studio. Cancelling or rescheduling at least 48 hours ahead keeps the deposit; later cancellations forfeit it and same-day cancellations count as no-shows. Touch-up requests should be made within 4 to 6 weeks of the appointment, and touch-up pricing is set after healing. Sales are final, and online orders ship within 1 to 3 days of processing.
