Lash extensions are built around a consultation. First-time guests book the New Moon Full Set, which includes a consultation, a custom lash design and a welcome aftercare kit. Returning guests who have few extensions left, or who are ready for a fresh set, can book a Full Moon Full Set, which is also fully customized but does not include the aftercare kit. Between full sets, fills are matched to how many extensions remain: the Waxing Moon Fill suits sets with about half the extensions left and should be booked within two to three weeks of the last visit, while the Waning Moon Fill covers sets with 35 to 50 percent retention, more shedding or uneven lashes, or any set that needs extra time and detail, and should be booked within three to five weeks. When less than 35 percent remain, a full set may be required instead.

Clients who already wear lash extensions put in by another technician can book the Cosmic Fill. The visit covers a check of lash health, where the extensions sit and how well they're holding. If the current set can't be filled, a complete set may be suggested during that same visit. Removal is offered as well.

Natural lash and brow services include lash tinting, which deepens the color of natural lashes without extensions or mascara, and the lash lift with tint, which lifts, curls and tints. Brow tinting adds color with light trimming and tweezing only, while brow lamination sets the hairs into a fuller, lifted shape without tint or full shaping. Brow lamination with tint adds the tint and light trimming and tweezing, with no waxing or full shaping. The Lunar Glow Combo brings the lash lift and tint together with the brow lamination and tint in one two-hour visit.

The studio sizes each service to the lashes or brows in front of it, with consultations for new extension sets and fills timed to how many extensions remain.
