The Knail Bakery

The Knail Bakery was created as a nail brand meant to make self-care feel simple, relaxing, and beautiful. The salon describes its appointments as calm and luxurious, and its services center on hands and feet done with gel, builder gel, and acrylic.

A la carte services start with Your Go-To Nail Standard, which lets clients choose gel-x or builder gel with a classic French or single color finish, and includes a hot towel, lotion, and oil. Care Without Compromise pairs a Russian manicure with a full spa pedicure that covers callus treatment, scrub, massage, and foot moisturizer. Men can book a full spa service for hands and feet with gel polish, which is offered without add-ons. Nail repairs are included at no extra charge with both the Standard service and Care Without Compromise.

Memberships are sold per three months. The Classic Set & Fill ins membership includes four appointments for short or medium sets with one color or classic French, any shape, and one soak-off when needed; it does not include pedicures or intricate designs. The Classic Design Mani & Gel Pedi membership includes a Russian manicure with a design chosen by the nail tech plus a gel pedicure with scrub and hot towel finish. Members book on the services page and benefits are applied at in-store checkout. Clients with existing packages book the same way, and package credits apply at checkout.

Booking requires a non-refundable retainer, which is applied toward the service cost. Clients need at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule; a cancellation with less than six hours notice requires a 15% payment before a new appointment can be booked. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean a modified service, a rescheduled visit, or a late fee, and arriving 20 minutes late counts as a missed appointment. A no-show cancels the appointment and forfeits the deposit, and after one no-show a client is no longer eligible to book. Children under 13 may not stay in the salon during appointments, and clients are asked to be respectful, with service able to be refused. The salon is open Monday and Tuesday 10 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday 11 AM to 6 PM, Thursday 10 AM to 6 PM, and Friday 10 AM to 5 PM, and is closed on weekends.
