Booking is by appointment, and online booking is available through the website. Color services, and any color change for a current client, require a consultation first. The consultation is free, lasts 15 minutes and needs its own appointment. New clients pay a 50% deposit. Cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead are not charged, while later cancellations and no-shows are charged the full cost of the service. Late arrivals have a 15-minute grace period. A stylist may also cancel or reschedule, in which case 50% of the service cost is due.
