Bridal work is a large part of the menu. A bridal consultation is available, and its fee goes toward a bridal trial run. Hair, makeup, and combined hair and makeup are offered for brides and for bridal parties, and most bridal bookings require a deposit.
Color services range from custom micro blonding and partial or full blonding to lowlights, custom color, fashion color, retouches, gloss or toner, color removal and custom color for men. Extension options include tape-in extensions, butterfly or flutter luxe extensions, fairylights or tinsel extensions, and maintenance move-ups that tighten extensions that have grown out. An extension consultation is also available.
Treatments include Brazilian blowouts, keratin treatments, Malibu treatments, hair Botox, a trauma treatment for color or chemically treated hair, scalp treatments and deep conditioning. Hijab-friendly appointments are offered with discreet, respectful accommodations, and clients who want a private setup are asked to request it in advance.
Buy Now, Pay Later is offered for bookings from $50 to $4,000 after approval before the appointment, and gift cards are sold. Hours are Thursday and Friday from 4 PM to 7 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours and no-shows carry a full cancellation fee, which is credited to the client's account for future services if the appointment time can be filled, with some exclusions.
