The menu is organized by style type. Knotless braids come in several sizes, from jumbo through medium and smedium, with boho and bantu versions and a boho knotless bob. Feed-in braids include two-braid and four-to-eight-braid options, a Fulani feed-in, and girls' feed-ins. Locs range from starter locs and loc detox to invisible locs, miracle knots, soft locs and loc retwists. There are also twists, crochet styles, ponytails, quick weaves, a miracle bun, and natural styles.

Children's services cover girls' and boys' braids, twists, locs, ponytails and natural braid styles for ages up to 13, with shampoo included on many of them. Men's options include braids, two strand twists, loc retwists and a reiki shampoo.

Many services do not include shampoo, so clients who want a wash should add the shampoo service when booking. Add-ons such as boho curls, extra length and small parts must also be chosen at booking. Some styles include braiding hair and others expect the client to bring their own, which is listed for each service.

Appointments require a deposit that is applied to the final balance, ranging from $20 to $75 depending on the service. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice, and final payment is due at the end of the service. Cash, Cash App, Apple Pay and card through GlossGenius are accepted. The studio is open Tuesday through Sunday with evening hours on weekdays, Saturday daytime hours and Sunday afternoon hours, and it is closed on Mondays.
