Every appointment is performed personally by the head stylist, with no assistants. Each visit starts with a brief consultation included in the appointment. Listed prices are starting prices, and the final cost depends on hair length, density and complexity; it is confirmed before work begins. Precision cuts usually take 45 to 75 minutes, color services 1.5 to 3 hours, and digital perms or magic straightening generally 3 to 5 hours. A stand-alone consultation is recommended before balayage or magic straightening.
Color services use L'Oréal INOA Luxury Oil Color, which the salon describes as ammonia-free and odorless, and the salon says its color covers up to 100 percent of white or gray hair. Hair Clinic visits begin with a scalp analysis under a digital microscope, and a treatment is then chosen for dryness, oiliness, thinning or damage.
