Hair is the core of the menu. A Signature Haircut includes a consultation, precision cutting, a blow-dry and styling, and product suggestions for home. Color and highlights appointments run two hours or longer, and balayage and ombre are hand-painted with color placed to suit each client, usually over three hours or more. Keratin treatments take about two and a half hours or more and include a deep cleansing shampoo, keratin application, heat sealing and styling. A complimentary consultation is required before any first-time color service.

The skin and spa side includes a 75-minute facial with skin analysis, deep cleansing and exfoliation, a custom mask and moisturizing. The three-hour Spa Package combines full-body relaxation, a facial, a hair treatment, an aromatherapy session and refreshments. Add-ons including deep conditioning, scalp massage, eyebrow shaping, makeup, a hair extension consultation and a bridal trial can be booked with any appointment. Special packages are available for bridal parties, events and group bookings. Prices are not published, so clients are asked to contact the salon. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice to avoid a 50% service charge. The salon is open Tuesday to Friday 10 AM to 7 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 7 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday.
