Esthetics became a new career path for her during the pandemic, and she set out to pair skilled beauty services with the hospitality-style care she had built in her earlier work.

The studio's name takes a nostalgic, Southern note, and the word tribe is meant to include guests, staff and the wider community. Confidence, comfort, connection and growth are the core values it lists for its work.

Every visit starts with a consultation. First-time Brazilian clients should plan for a 40-minute appointment that covers the consultation and aftercare teaching, while returning visits usually take 15 to 20 minutes. Services take place in private treatment rooms. The studio primarily uses hard wax rather than paper strips, offers a hypoallergenic hard wax for sensitive skin, and staff do not double dip wax sticks.

The studio has said it is growing toward a full-service spa, with advanced facials and massage therapy planned, along with laser treatments in the future. These are plans rather than current offerings.

Every service begins with a consultation, and the team pairs hospitality-style care with hard wax and a no-double-dipping rule for wax sticks.
