A visit takes place in a quiet, private setting. Clients rest on a soft, plush treatment bed with freshly laundered linens, essential oils are included in every service, and tools and surfaces are sanitized between clients. Head spa treatments use a fresh water halo system.

Head spa options range from a 50-minute scalp check with a double shampoo cleanse and massage to longer sessions that add a mini facial. The Gentlemen's Reset is designed with men in mind and includes a beard cleanse and conditioning treatment. Several services have a duo version for two guests, though some are booking requests that depend on two specialists being free. The Viral ASMR Experience combines freshwater therapy, scalp brushing, scalp tools and a full-body massage, and finishes with a blast dry that leaves hair about 80% dry.

Nail and foot services include gel polish manicures on natural nails and BIAB builder gel, which adds strength and structure. Pedicures use Footlogix sugar scrub and DD mousse. The Solechemy dry pedicure skips soaking and includes gel polish, with results lasting about three to five weeks with proper home care. The Luxe Sole Ritual adds paraffin wax and a foot and lower leg massage. Some nail and pedicure services are not offered on Mondays, Wednesdays or Saturdays.

Open Monday from 12 PM to 4 PM, Tuesday through Thursday from 9 AM to 5:30 PM, and Friday and Saturday from 9 AM to 6:30 PM; closed Sundays. Deposits are required and nonrefundable, changes need to be made more than 72 hours ahead, and cancellations under 48 hours are charged the full service total. Children are only permitted when receiving a service, and extra guests need prior approval. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the visit. Gift cards are valid for one year and can only be used for services performed by Crystal Tavira.

Each visit is tailored to the individual, with the aim of making clients feel heard, comfortable and cared for.
