The menu is organized around facials and skin treatments. Specialty facials are grouped by goal: nourishing and hydrating, brightening and refining, clearing, and age defying. Other options include HydraFacial tiers, GLO2FACIAL by Geneo sessions built from customizable pods, microneedling, Plasma Pen work, DMK Enzyme Therapy, dermaplaning and body treatments. Chemical peels are split between advanced medical peels starting at $175 and non-medical peels from Skinceuticals and Sorella Apothecary, and a consultation is required before any peel because of peel strength. The spa says The Perfect Derma Peel was ranked among the Top 3 New Anti Aging Products by ABC News.

Visits start at the private parking lot behind the building, not the front storefront door. Booking requires a credit card, which is charged the full cost of the service at the time of booking. New clients should arrive early to complete paperwork and bring their current skin care products. Guests may have coffee, tea, water, wine or sparkling wine before a service. Children are not allowed in the spa, and private spa parties can be booked. Hours are Monday to Wednesday 10am to 6pm, Thursday 12pm to 9pm, and Sunday with alternating afternoon and evening hours; Friday and Saturday are closed.

The Healing Hamsa Wellness Wallet is a $95 monthly membership on a 12-month commitment. Members get priority booking, 15 percent off services and retail, and credit that can be used for any service, retail, gift cards and promotions and does not expire. Members can save 15 percent on DMK Enzyme Therapy, and a Deluxe membership offers savings on monthly peels. Cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours ahead avoid a deposit charge, and a credit is applied to a future appointment if a client cancels or reschedules. All sales of services and products are final, with no refunds or exchanges. Payment is accepted by cash, credit card, Venmo or Zelle, and gift cards are available online.

Treatments are tailored to each guest, from custom facials aimed at a stated skin goal to a DMK plan built around the individual.
