Services are available to members only. Lux and Premier memberships are the two ways to join, with a Family membership also listed, and members receive discounts and access to the services offered on-site. To book, a client chooses or logs in to a membership, picks a service, schedules a time and selects a location. Reminders are sent when a specialist is on the way, and specialists travel to the chosen location, which can be a home, office or gym.

Facials are customized after a skin analysis and built around each client's skin goals. The three facials are The Essential Facial, which uses products chosen by the esthetician, The Elite Facial, which adds ultrasonic cleansing, exfoliation and a professional-grade light therapy session, and an LED Light Therapy Facial with a massage and calming mask. Facials use medical-grade products from the Epionce and Obagi lines, and add-ons such as dermaplaning, microcurrent and high-frequency treatments can be booked with them.

Medical aesthetics services include Botox and Dysport injections for the look of wrinkles, crow's feet and fine lines, which require a consultation booked beforehand, along with microneedling and facial peels. The company says its Botox and Dysport treatments include both FDA-approved therapeutic and cosmetic uses. Microneedling is used to reduce the appearance of acne scars, stretch marks and wrinkles, and is done with sterile needles after topical numbing cream. A consultation with a medical expert comes before the first session, and sessions usually last about 30 minutes. The company notes microneedling may not suit people using certain acne medications, those with active acne, or those with moderate to severe psoriasis or eczema.

Beyond skin and beauty, the company offers a range of lifestyle and home services, including makeup on location from a touch-up to a full face, Find-A-Sitter, house management, a personal stylist session each month, photography and team retreat packages for companies.

Each client's treatment plan is shaped around their individual needs. According to the company, it won't suggest a treatment unless the client would likely benefit from it. Members have a personalised plan drawn up by a certified medical professional.
