The spa is housed in the Samuel Younts House, a Victorian home built in the late 1800s that is described as one of the oldest structures in Pineville. The business says it is the first Yume Certified Japanese Head Spa in North Carolina, and its signature service is built around the massage itself, with more pressure-point work and less scrubbing than some head spa rituals.

About

The Japanese head spa comes in three versions. The Exhale is a 60-minute ritual at $195 that includes a warm mineral-water step and intentional massage. The Release runs 75 minutes at $225 with extended massage time. The Rebalance is a 90-minute session at $300 that adds a Scalp Scope examination, a mini luxury facial and self-styling access. Every head spa ritual ends with a gentle towel dry, and an Air Dry finish is included, so guests leave without wet hair. Duo and triple head spa options are also available, and the duo versions take place in a shared room.

Guests start in a relaxation lounge, where fruit-infused water, organic tea, gourmet coffee or champagne are offered. The relaxation room holds six people, and the spa can care for up to 14 guests in primary treatments at one time. Reservations can include up to five guests, each booking their own service, and the spa says only duo and couples bookings guarantee guests are seated side by side. When dates fill, guests can join a waitlist by phone or text.

Beyond head spa work, the menu covers full body massage (Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal and postnatal), facials and peels, hair loss treatments, foot spa services, a gentlemen's menu, a children's and teen menu, a motherhood menu, lashes and brows, and makeup. The spa also hosts private events, including foot soak gatherings for up to four guests and full spa buyouts. Online booking is available through the website, which also links to booking, return and payment plan policies. Pineville hours are Monday 9am to 9pm, Tuesday 10am to 9pm, and Wednesday through Sunday 9am to 9pm.

The business describes its approach as holistic beauty, with a focus on scalp health and high-touch wellness experiences. It says its products are clean, made with natural formulas and free of harsh chemicals and synthetic ingredients.
