Every head spa session begins with a microscopic scalp-skin screen performed under magnification, and the scalp and follicles are examined again at the end of the session. Sessions run from 20 minutes to two hours across four tiers, all taking place on a full Japanese massage bed and including therapeutic scalp massage. Pearl (20 minutes, $79) is a targeted strand treatment with a Kerastase Fusio treatment and a blowout. Sapphire (50 minutes, $149) is the tier the studio says most first-time clients start with, since it leaves time for a full screen and a home care plan. Emerald ($209) adds LED follicle and collagen stimulation and deep scalp massage. Diamond (120 minutes, $289) includes a luxury blowout, and the studio calls it its most comprehensive treatment. The studio says it is not a medical treatment for hair loss and addresses the scalp environment that follicles depend on.

Blowouts are non-destructive styling done with round brushes and professional tools, with no cutting or coloring. A luxury blowout starts at $55 and takes about 45 minutes to an hour for most clients. Each one includes moisture balancing before heat, controlled tension, and cuticle sealing. Product choices come from the scalp and strand screening rather than a default set. The studio says blowouts can last for days rather than hours. Eight styles are named after Dallas neighborhoods, all starting at $55, and extra time for extensions, textured hair or extra-long hair is $20 per 15 minutes. Walk-ins are welcome for blowouts when availability allows.

Memberships are billed monthly with a three-month minimum commitment and can be cancelled afterward by contacting the studio. Tiers range from Pearl at $79 and Sapphire at $149 up to Emerald at $209, Diamond at $289, Crown Jewel at $369 and Black Diamond at $449, with a Blowout Membership at $55. Members receive retail discounts of 15% to 20% depending on tier and a monthly add-on credit. Memberships are bought in person at the Preston Center studio, and a first treatment after an in-person purchase includes a complimentary Milbon scalp shampoo. Blowout 6-packs ($330, including one Fusio Repair) and 12-packs ($660, including three) can be used within one year of purchase.

Clients are asked to arrive with clean or lightly styled hair and to avoid heavy products that day. Extensions, braids and sew-ins can limit scalp access, so those clients should contact the studio before booking. Anyone with a chemical service in the past week should wait at least one week before booking a head spa. Appointment changes need 48 hours notice to avoid a fee: cancellations more than 48 hours ahead carry no fee, 50% of the service value applies within 48 hours, and 100% applies within 24 hours or for a no-show.
