Hard gel fills and overlays are offered to maintain existing hard gel enhancements, or to add strength to natural nails without extensions. Hard gel extensions are built from under a quarter inch up to 2 inches; longer extensions require an inquiry about customization first. Gel X tips, full cover tips that need minimal shaping, suit short to medium lengths. Gel polish can be added to a dry pedicure for a longer-lasting finish.

Changes to appointments are made by phone or text, ideally at least one day ahead to avoid a cancellation fee. A 15-minute grace period applies, and appointments running later than that are cancelled with the fee charged. A no-show fee of 50% of the booked total applies if a client neither arrives nor contacts the business 24 hours beforehand. Clients who cancel more than twice in a row must pay in full before booking again. Parking in the mall is free for 90 minutes with validation, then $2 per 15 minutes up to a maximum of $24.
