Rancho Cucamonga is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 10am to 6pm and Saturday from 9am to 3pm, and it is closed Sundays and Mondays. New clients are accepted as availability allows and must book a consultation before any service. Clients complete an intake form, and the business aims to reply within 48 hours by phone or email. The consultation looks at the current condition of the hair, reviews hair history and decides whether extension services are a good fit. A consultation does not guarantee a booking, and the business reserves the right to decline service.
Booking requires a non-refundable 50% deposit on all services, sent by Zelle to the booking email. An appointment is held only after the deposit arrives and a confirmation is sent, and the balance is paid on the day of the visit in Zelle or cash. Cancellations or reschedules need a phone call at least 48 hours ahead. A deposit can move to a new appointment booked within seven business days of the original date, and missing that window forfeits it. If the stylist has to reschedule beyond seven business days for reasons on their side, the client receives a 50% discount. Appointments run two to five hours, with a 15-minute grace period, and guests are not allowed in the salon. Clients may share processing time with another client when processing runs past 45 minutes. Small snacks, phone chargers and WiFi are available, and clients are asked to keep devices away from the shampoo bowl.
According to the salon, its methods are meant to encourage hair growth and durable results, and they suit every hair type and texture. Listed prices are starting rates and may go up depending on customization. Extension pricing covers installs up to 18 inches; installs of 20 inches or longer require a minimum of three bundles and cost more. Hair is sold apart from extension services, and Indian and Cambodian hair can be requested.
