Color work follows a consultation-first approach. Color services other than root touch-ups need a full in-salon consultation at least one day before the appointment, new highlight services need a consultation before booking, and color correction needs a prior consultation and cannot be done on the same day unless authorized. Some color correction work may require a non-refundable deposit and a waiver.
Electrolysis is offered as a separate service with its own 15-minute consultation for $20. New electrolysis clients pay a $10 deposit for the consultation and a $20 deposit for the treatment itself. Each electrolysis appointment is booked for 60 minutes with 45 minutes of treatment time.
