The Silky Wai is the salon's signature service, about 150 minutes, and covers shampoo, conditioning, a blow-dry, a silk press and a customized trim. It does not include corrective cutting, severe detangling or chemical services. The Routine Wai is a maintenance service for returning clients on a two- to four-week schedule and is not offered to first-time clients. A five-visit Routine Wai Package is also available for $450, with each visit covering a silk press, blowout or natural style, shampoo, conditioning and maintenance treatments. Package visits must be used within four months.

For protective styles, the Sleek Wai is a weave service that includes a scalp care step, an anti-itch treatment and a braid-down or molding foundation, with no closures or frontals. A consultation is recommended for first-time clients booking it. The Traditional Wai is a sew-in with a braid-down foundation and natural leave-out, also without closures or frontals. The Prep Wai readies natural hair for wigs or protective styling, and The Wai: Takedown removes braids, sew-ins or quick weaves.

Appointments can be booked online through the salon's GlossGenius page or by calling or texting 980-527-3407. The salon is open Thursday from 5:30 PM to 9 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 9 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and is closed Sunday through Wednesday. Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Shorter notice incurs a 30% cancellation fee, and no-shows forfeit the deposit. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Questions can be sent to Shai through the website contact form.
