Services are booked a la carte. Color services must be paired with a shampoo and blow dry or a haircut, and color consultations can be done over the phone or by message before booking. The color menu covers semi-permanent and permanent options, from a mini color and root touch-ups through partial and full highlights, all-over color, and a foiled combination with a darker base.
Extension services include consultations, a shampoo and blow dry for extensions, move-ups on beaded weft extensions up to 180 grams, and full installs using the same method. Extensions that need a complete redo are priced as an install.
The business has a cancellation policy: a 25% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Gift cards are sold in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
