Several services start with a consultation on a separate day from the appointment itself. New guests have a consultation for $10, and extension work requires an extension consultation first, which is $30 for 30 minutes. Color correction and perms also require a consultation, and pricing for color correction is quoted at that visit. Silent appointment add-ons need a consultation before the service starts, and detangling and dematting are quoted after a consultation at $50 an hour. Many services carry a deposit, listed on each service; color correcting requires a $100 deposit, and new clients booking global highlight with platinum card pay a $100 deposit.

Booking policies: there is a 50% fee for no-shows and for cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment. With a card on file, that fee is charged on the day of the appointment; without one, the salon contacts the client about payment. Clients who cannot pay a cancellation fee must leave a deposit before rebooking. Services are not refunded, though the salon tries to accommodate clients in other ways. A 15-minute grace period applies to late arrivals, and arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a no-show. Each stylist keeps a separate schedule, and the salon tries to leave room for last-minute bookings.

Payment and packages: Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Packages can be bought now and paid for later, and package credits apply automatically at checkout. The blowout subscription gives four scheduled blowouts a month for $165.

The nail menu covers basic and gel manicures, soak-offs, and fills and full sets in gel-X, polygel, acrylic and hard and soft builder gel, priced by length. The salon describes its polygel as odorless.
