Bridal work is covered by a bridal contract, completed through an online form. Options include a bridal hair and makeup booking, a hair trial where clients can bring up to three inspiration photos, day-of service, bridal party styling, and flower girl styling. Lashes are provided with bridal makeup.

The business is open Tuesday to Thursday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 4:30 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 3:30 PM, and is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Clients who will be late are asked to call as soon as possible, and clients who do not receive an email confirmation or text reminder are asked to get in touch.

Payment is taken by Zelle to the stylist's phone number or by Venmo. Credit and debit cards are not accepted. On-location services carry a required 20% gratuity, and a 20% gratuity is also added to bridal makeup services.
