The salon's best-known work is balayage and highlights. Hand-painted balayage, foilyage and traditional highlights are all offered, with toning and gloss as finishing steps. Every balayage and highlight formula is custom-blended to match the client's skin tone and natural base color. Balayage appointments typically take up to six hours, depending on hair length and how much lift is needed. Color correction is also a core service, including fixing box dye and color done at other salons, and a consultation is recommended before booking.

A visit usually starts with a consultation if you are unsure which service suits you. Clients can book online by choosing a service, a stylist and a time, or walk in when availability allows, though appointments are recommended.
