The menu covers haircuts for men, women and curly hair, with every haircut including a wash and blowdry. Color services range from root touch-ups and all-over color to partial and full highlights, lowlights, balayage, ombre, vivid shades, bleach and color correction. Hair extensions are offered in tape-in, fusion or keratin, microbead or I-tip, and sew-in styles, color-matched to each client's hair. Smoothing and keratin treatments, along with shine, nourishment and restructuring treatments, are also available.

Prices are starting points, and the final cost depends on hair length, thickness and the look wanted. A free color consultation is offered to talk through goals and receive a quote, and AirTouch highlights require a free in-person consultation first. New extension clients start with a free consultation, and mentioning the promotion there takes $75 off their first extension service.

Policies: appointments can be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead to avoid fees, and late cancellations or no-shows are charged 50% of the service total. Refunds are not issued on salon services. Clients who are not satisfied with results should let the salon know within two days so adjustments can be made. Clients who have had a reaction to hair color are asked to check with their doctor and tell the salon before an appointment. Hours are Tuesday to Friday 10AM to 7PM and Saturday 10AM to 5PM, with the salon closed Sunday and Monday.
