The Custom Blend package starts with a 45-minute hair analysis by video through Zoom or Google Meet, which requires completing a questionnaire first. Afterward, clients receive custom shampoo, conditioner, scalp and hair growth booster treatments, shipped by priority mail at no added cost. The consultation also includes a customized at-home maintenance guide, four customized treatments, nutritional guidance, and product and tool recommendations. Re-orders are charged at regular retail price for each treatment, whether a client orders all or part of the set.

For clients who prefer to be in the salon, the business offers a one-hour in-person hair salon appointment for $35. A $35 non-refundable deposit is required and is deducted from the service price, and rescheduling does not require an additional deposit.
