Its main gel brands are Kokoist, Vetro, and Presto, and its colour collection also includes Japanese and Korean gels along with the North American brands Akzentz, Light Elegance, and Ugly Duckling.

Nail art is a specialty, from simple designs to very detailed ones. Art can include gems, metal accents, chrome, holographic finishes, 3D elements, and hand-painted work. Specific art requests need to be made at least two days before the appointment, and art that runs past the booked time is charged an additional $20 every half hour.

Visits begin with a Client Consultation Form, which clients complete after booking; state law requires it, and service cannot go ahead without it. Clients attend alone, since children, partners, and pets are not permitted, and phones are docked on arrival and kept off during the appointment unless there is an emergency. Regular visits keep the base on rather than recommending full removal. When removal is needed, the studio uses an e-file and hand files, with acetone used occasionally for stubborn product remnants. Removal of product applied by another technician must be discussed before booking and carries a fixed fee.

The studio does not offer fills, full cover tip extensions such as Apres Gel-X, acrylic dip, hard gel fills, or very long extensions. Extensions only reach past the free edge as far as the length of the nail plate. Services are designed to last three weeks or more and include a full rebalance and complete manicure. Complementary repairs are offered for issues within 48 hours of an appointment; later issues need a booked repair. Changes to a booking need 48 hours notice, cancellations need 24 hours notice, and no refunds are given for services provided. Online booking is available through GlossGenius.
