The free 30-minute consultation with Chloe is a one-on-one session at no charge, the consultation with treatment runs about 1 hour 15 minutes with the price set by the service chosen, and a 1-hour customized option combines treatments picked after a consult. Clients are asked to arrive with a freshly washed face and no makeup, and to bring a list or the bottles of every product they use on their skin. A consultation always comes before any chemical peel.

The facial menu ranges from a 30-minute Glow + Go with a double cleanse, light exfoliation and custom mask, to the Signature Facial, which opens with a skin analysis and uses exfoliation, extractions and corrective serums, and can include dermaplaning or hydro-dermabrasion. The GLO2 line uses OxyPods made with red algae, charcoal and vitamin C, according to the site. GLO2 Express takes 45 minutes and is described as having no downtime, and GLO2 Deluxe adds dermaplaning, a cold-globe hydrating mask and facial massage. Lash Lift + Tint ($115, 45 minutes) includes a conditioning treatment, and the lift lasts 6 to 8 weeks. The business sells e-gift cards in $50, $100, $200, $500 or custom amounts.
