Booking is handled with some specific rules. A free 30-minute consultation is recommended before any coloring or extension service, and the Microlink braidless sew-in requires one first. Some services carry a deposit between $15 and $60. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of an appointment are charged a 40% fee. The salon is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 AM to 7 PM, Thursday from 10 AM to 9 PM, and Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and is closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday. VIP Saturdays are booked by texting the stylist after choosing that service.

Loc & Glow is a 180-minute retwist with detox, scalp and hot oil treatments, steam and a basic style.
