The salon describes itself as a safe, welcoming, multicultural space for clients of every background and hair texture. Each braiding appointment begins with a consultation on sizing, length and tension, and styles are adjusted to the client's hair type, daily routine and the look they want. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice or the deposit applies as a fee. Lash services carry a $40 non-refundable booking fee that goes toward the total. The balance can be paid in cash, by Zelle or by Apple Pay, and card payments carry a 3% fee. Complaints must be raised with staff within seven days of the service. The salon also mentions fast responses, flexible scheduling and emergency or last-minute availability.
