Permanent makeup starts with a personalized consultation that looks at skin type, lifestyle, goals and medical history. Options include ombré powder brows, nano combo brows, lip blush and scalp micropigmentation, with single and package options for scalp work. Touch-ups for previously tattooed brows and lips are available to existing clients, and a foreign brow touch-up for brows done by another artist requires photo approval first. That service is a color refresh or slight density enhancement, not a major shape change or corrective work.

Bookings need a card on file to hold an appointment, and new clients may be asked for a $50 deposit for full lash sets, scalp micropigmentation and several permanent makeup services. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice, and shorter notice incurs a fee of half the reserved service. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean the appointment cannot be accommodated. The studio is open Monday, Friday and Saturday during the day, and Tuesday and Wednesday until 6 PM; Thursday and Sunday are closed.

Services are tailored to each client's features and lifestyle, with permanent makeup planned around a consultation first.
