A visit usually starts with choosing a service. Lash extensions range from classic, which places one extension on each natural lash for a soft look that needs no mascara, to hybrid, which mixes single lashes with handmade fans for more texture. Volume uses a handmade fan of fine, lightweight lashes on each natural lash, and mega volume uses extra-fine lashes in larger fans for a denser, darker lash line. Clients who are unsure which set suits them can call the salon and ask. Lash fills are recommended every two to three weeks as natural lashes shed, and the salon offers several fill options to match a set.

Beyond extensions, the salon offers lash lifts that curl a client's own lashes for up to eight weeks, along with lash tinting and brow lamination with optional wax and tint add-ons. Waxing covers the face, underarms, arms, legs and bikini area, and the brows, tanning and add-ons menu includes brow tinting, tweezing, high frequency and airbrush spray tanning.

Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup, including mascara, and to avoid oily products around the eyes beforehand. Aftercare advice includes washing lashes gently with a lash-safe cleanser. Booking is available online through Vagaro or by calling the salon, and lashes applied at another salon can be removed for a fee.
