The business started in the basement of its founder's home. It now operates four locations: two in Denver, one on Colorado Boulevard and one in Capitol Hill, plus Lone Tree and Westminster. The Lone Tree and Westminster locations are listed with Monday through Saturday hours, and Lone Tree is also open on Sundays.

Hair work covers extensions, color, cuts, styling and treatments. Extensions come in eight methods: tape-in, sew-in with hand-tied or machine wefts, fluid, I-tip, K-tip (keratin-bonded and fused with a heat tool), clip-in, curly-matched and laced. Maintenance is recommended every six to eight weeks, depending on the method. Color services include root retouch, full and partial highlights, balayage with gloss, toner refreshes and corrections. Smoothing options are the Brazilian Blowout, which the salon says reduces frizz, adds shine and lasts up to 12 weeks and is safe for color-treated hair, along with a GK Keratin Treatment and Keratin Curl Perms. The GLAM Blow Out is listed as suited to clients who want their style to last three to four days.

The head spa menu has four GLAM tiers, from a 45-minute session at $85 to a 90-minute session at $145, with the GLAMOROUS and GLAMIFIED tiers in between. Each session includes a deep cleanse, a custom organic scalp scrub, aromatic steam and a relaxing massage, and the higher tiers add treatments such as a warm oil infusion, a detoxifying scalp step, targeted massage for hair growth, an upper body massage and a finishing blowout. The ULTRA GLAM tier runs 105 minutes and adds arm and decolletage massage with a full styling finish; no price is listed for it. Add-ons include LED light therapy, a Hydrojelly mask, a Kerastase Fusio-Dose treatment and a 10-minute scalp massage.

Skin services include acne facials, customized facials, dermaplaning, LED light therapy, ProCell microchanneling and injectable therapies, and the site says these are performed by licensed estheticians. Body care includes back facials, bikini and Brazilian waxing, full body wax packages, underarm and full leg waxing, foot and leg massage, and spray tanning with teeth whitening. The salon describes its waxing as designed for all skin types and using premium products. Lash and brow services include lash extensions, lash lifts with tint, brow lamination, threading, and lash removal with mini fills. Nail services include gel manicures, gel pedicures, acrylic overlays, paraffin hand treatments and custom nail sets with 3D flowers and charms, where clients can bring their own ideas.

Event hair and makeup is offered for bridal party updos, mother of the bride blowouts, flower girl styling, groom styling and neck trims, full face and contour makeup, strip lash application, bridal and teen makeup, and 30-minute one-on-one makeup lessons. Consultations can be in person or virtual, and on-site travel is available with the first 30 miles free.

Each visit includes a complimentary refreshment, and complimentary services include a choice of a GLAMdown blowout or GLAM curls, a steamed towel at the treatment station and product education. Payment plans are offered through Cherry with no hard credit check and terms of three to 24 months. Blowout memberships, a GLAM&GO membership with regular blowouts and member perks, a rewards and loyalty program and gift cards are also available. Appointments on Sundays, federal holidays, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve carry a 10% increase on all services. Clients should give at least 24 hours notice to cancel, since late cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the reservation to the card on file. Arriving more than 15 minutes late is at the service provider's discretion. Outside food delivery is allowed during appointments. Hair extension orders are placed only after a consultation, and extensions cannot be returned or exchanged. Services are not refunded, though unopened hair products can be returned within 30 days.

Extension orders begin with a virtual or in-person consultation, and the salon says its lash and brow products are clean.
