The Glam God Collection works as both a hair service business and a retailer. Clients can book a range of services, from braids and locs to weaves, wigs, color and relaxers, and can also buy hair and styling products.

Appointments are required. They are booked through the business website, and clients are asked to read the policies before booking. Same-day appointments are sometimes possible at the stylist's discretion, arranged by calling (732) 474-0049 or contacting the stylist directly. The business is open Wednesday to Friday and on Saturday, from 11am to 7pm.

Hair sold through the business is available in loose wave and wavy bundle styles, starting at $80. Clients who plan a weave or wig install are asked to check hair quality with their stylist before the appointment. Hair bought from the business must be paid in full before any customizing is done, and hair for installs must either be bought from the business or be of high quality, with quick weaves and bob styles as exceptions.

A 25% deposit is taken at booking and deducted from the service price. The deposit is not refunded for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, but cancellations made more than 24 hours ahead allow the deposit to move to another booking. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice may have their appointment cancelled at the stylist's discretion, and those more than 30 minutes late may be charged extra. Color services and extension customizations must be finished before the appointment, with hair dropped off at least three days ahead. Clients are asked to come alone and to reschedule if they feel unwell.
