The menu is grouped into short hair, silk press and scalp treatments, color services and weave services. Silk presses range from a basic press with eco heads soft water shampoo and hydration steam, to a version with an end trim, to one with a scalp detox for dandruff, scalp massage and deep conditioning steam. Color work includes toner, permanent and demi color, highlights, double process blonde and the Perfect Platinum Pixie, with a touch-up option. Every color service requires a consultation, and new clients complete a consultation form, calling the salon before they submit it. The form asks clients to agree that results depend on hair condition, history and at-home care, and to allow before and after photos for promotional use.

Booking is by phone at (618) 744-7467. The salon asks for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and a cancellation fee applies if an appointment is not cancelled within that window. Same-day cancellations require payment in full. Appointments run on a 15-minute late policy, after which they may be rescheduled or canceled, and no-call/no-shows may lose future booking privileges. The salon is open Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday.

The salon also offers classes and mentorship. Through Kut of Kindness, which began in September 2021, the salon works to buy lunch for local barbers and hairstylists, with donations accepted through a Donate button on the homepage.
