Cleo Hall-Moore is the owner and head stylist at The Glam Experience. She started her career working under LaRhonda Johnson at Exquisite Blackness, later became co-owner of Flawless Stylz, and after about 15 years in the industry opened The Glam Experience LLC. She has worked in hair for over 20 years. Her training includes Vee's School of Beauty and instruction from Razorchic, Khimandi and Queenstyista. She is a certified hairstylist.
