Color is the main focus. Services range from root refreshes and lightening retouches to all-over color, all-over lightening, mini, partial and full balayage, and babylights or teasylights, which are soft, fine highlights through the mid lengths and ends. A color prep treatment is offered for corrections that remove unwanted pigment from previously colored hair.

New clients are asked to book the New Client Cut for a first visit. It includes an in-depth consultation, a wash, a cut, and a step-by-step walkthrough of at-home styling. Anyone booking color for the first time should contact the salon by Instagram DM or text to arrange a complimentary consultation, held in person or by phone and lasting 15 to 30 minutes. A $100 deposit is required for a first-time color service.

Clients are asked to come to appointments alone. Cancellations made within 48 hours and no-shows without notice are charged the full service fee to the card on file. Mastercard, Visa and Venmo are accepted, and gratuity is appreciated, with cash preferred. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Hours are Thursday and Friday 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM and Saturday 10:30 AM to 5 PM; the salon is closed Monday through Wednesday and Sunday.

The salon asks new clients to talk through their plans before booking, with a consultation for color and a full consultation and styling walkthrough on a first cut.
