Visits typically begin with a consultation to learn about hair type, texture, how much upkeep the client wants, budget and day-to-day lifestyle, so the service plan fits the person. New clients can fill out a questionnaire to be matched with an artist, and the salon replies within 24 hours. Artists work at different levels. Associate Artists are new to the cosmetology industry and see clients under the supervision of an experienced stylist, while Level I through III artists and Master Artists are the more experienced tiers; Master Artists are chosen by the salon owner. Independent Artists manage their own calendars and are booked directly, and Luxe artists take appointments only, scheduled through each artist. Most artists take online bookings.

Pop Locks is the salon's own luxury weft extension line. Gianna, the salon owner, created it, and it launched in February 2020 after about two years of development. The range includes K-tip extensions, which attach individual strands of 100% human Remy hair to small sections of natural hair with a keratin bond, and Genius Wefts, human-hair wefts fixed to a row of small beads close to the scalp. Pop Locks come in 20 shades of weft and 7 shades of K-tip, with custom colors available, and same-day installation is possible. Genius Wefts need maintenance every 7 to 10 weeks and other Pop Locks every 5 to 9 weeks. Purchases can be picked up at the salon or delivered locally in Charleston, and they cannot be returned once the package is opened.

The Gallery Glam Team provides hair and makeup for weddings and events, either in the salon or on site at the client's location. On-site work has a starting minimum that varies by location, and travel to venues more than 10 miles away is agreed before booking. Event and wedding inquiries for on-site services are made by email, and events for 2027 are quoted when booked. Blowout memberships (3, 4 or 6 blowouts a month) and blowout packages are also offered, though memberships must be used within the billing cycle and do not carry over.

Booking requires a credit card on file, and new clients complete a New Client Form before their first visit. Changes or cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and a $25 late fee applies for arrivals 15 minutes or more late, with arrivals after 30 minutes treated as no-shows. Children attend only when receiving a service, and bridal appointments may bring up to three guests. A 2.5% processing fee applies to credit card payments, and cash is accepted.

A consultation shapes the service plan around the client's hair type, texture, maintenance preferences, budget and lifestyle.
