Each patient receives a personalized plan built around their goals, with work done gradually over several sessions rather than all at once. The practice says it declines procedures that would leave someone looking overdone or take away from their natural appearance.

Services are grouped into Facial Balancing, Wellness, Bodywork, Facials, Lasers, Regenerative Medicine, Le Glamour makeup, ZO Skincare, Signature Edits and Pour Les Hommes. Signature Edits are personalized plans created by providers after consultation and built around life stages such as a wedding, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, midlife and career transitions.

Wellness memberships are 12-month, application-based programs that begin with a required Discovery Session. L'Essentiel has no monthly fee and gives access to select a la carte wellness treatments at standard pricing, though hormone replacement is not included because it needs regular monitoring. Le Parisien costs $100 monthly and adds physician-guided care plans and preferred pricing on select treatments. Le Niçoise costs $1,000 monthly as an all-inclusive program with the highest level of physician oversight, including IV and peptide therapy every 12 weeks, with GLP-1 and NAD+ included as clinically appropriate.

Clients complete required health forms through the online patient portal before the first visit. Rescheduling needs at least three business days' notice, and a new patient consultation can be rescheduled only once. Cancellations made less than three business days ahead carry a $150 fee, and a same-day no-show carries a $400 fee. Payment plans are available through Cherry, and gift cards can be bought in the office. An online boutique is also available.
