The work is based on Parisian hairdressing technique, with a consultation before any major decision. The signature French Haircut, inspired by Parisian style, starts with a consultation. The aim is polished results that are easy to wear day to day.

Color work includes hand-painted balayage in two versions: Signature Balayage, which is customized to the client's features, hair texture and lifestyle and grows out with low maintenance, and Petite Balayage, which brightens the face frame and partline. Signature Blonde and dimensional color refreshes are also offered, along with color glossing, a gloss and toner that refines tone and adds shine. Color is made with Wella products. Pricing depends on hair length, current color and the result wanted, and blonding and color are quoted after consultation. A consultation is required before major color changes, including corrections. Gray coverage and new growth retouches are part of the color menu.

The salon offers Great Lengths extensions in tape-in and keratin-bonded forms. The extension work is done by certified Great Lengths specialists. A complimentary consultation assesses the hair and helps choose an extension type, and the salon can then estimate the cost. Installations are scheduled privately after that planning step, applied strand by strand with heat-activated keratin bonds. Results can last four to six months with proper care, and a brush-out and blowout appointment keeps extensions maintained.

Every haircut includes a shampoo, conditioning, a scalp massage, a blowout and styling, with the blowout and styling at no extra charge. The K18 leave-in treatment can be added to any haircut, and it is recommended for previously lightened or chemically treated hair. Bookings are made by phone or text, by email or through the salon's Glossgenius page. A credit card is required to reserve, and cancellations need at least 24 hours notice. Walk-ins are taken only when there is availability. The salon is open Tuesday and Thursday from 9 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM.
