Brow services include a tint with no shaping, classic shaping, and a signature brow lamination that combines shaping and tinting. Shaping starts with a custom map of the brow, and the lamination package includes a cleanse, under-eye jelly pads and aftercare instructions. New brow clients have a longer first visit that begins with a consultation, and the business says brow lamination results last from about four to eight weeks.

Waxing is organized into face, body, bikini and leg services. Brazilian waxes use soft or hard wax depending on what suits the client, and first-time Brazilian clients receive a small gift of aftercare products. Clients who are sensitive to a particular wax should say so before the service.

Preparation guidance is provided for each waxing visit. Hair should be at least a quarter inch long and not trimmed beforehand, clients exfoliate 24 to 48 hours before (but not that morning), and lotions or oils are avoided on the day. Waxing during a period is allowed when a tampon or menstrual cup is worn.
