Facials are tailored to each client's concerns and are built around a cleanse, a mask, extractions when needed, a neck and shoulder massage, a serum and SPF. Treatments combine microdermabrasion with gua sha, microcurrent and LED, and the spa lists extractions as one of its specialties. The Undecided is the most-booked facial, and a Glow Giver helps choose the treatment. Afterward the esthetician suggests products and a home routine. Because the neck and shoulder massage is part of every full facial, the spa notes it cannot promise that clients will stay awake.

The spa uses a clean standard built on its No-Glow List of ingredients, which it applies to products used in treatments as well as those sold for home use. It excludes animal-derived ingredients such as keratin, collagen, musks, gelatin and carmine, and also leaves out BHA, BHT, chemical sunscreens, parabens, phthalates, formaldehyde-releasing agents, synthetic fragrance and toluene. The brands it stocks are female founded and USA based, often California born, and include Josh Rosebrook, July Sky, Le Prunier, Odacite, Osea, RD Alchemy and Salt & Stone. Its own Face the Elements line includes the TidalShift Serum, Goldenslate Face Oil, Cloudcover Face Cream and DesertRain Face Mist. The lash and brow tints contain ingredients the spa excludes, and it says it is working to replace them with cleaner options.

Facial membership is $150 a month for Pamper Me or $215 a month for Spoil Me. Members get one facial a month, 10% off other services and skincare, and a pause option of up to three months. Unused facial benefits roll over for six months. The membership carries a six-month commitment before it can be cancelled by email. The spa also says the membership was voted best facial membership by Angeleno Magazine.

Cheeks + Go is the brand's mobile pop-up service, where each guest gets a 20-minute facial that includes a cleanse, skin analysis, mask, serum, moisturizer and cooling mist, with optional gua sha or cold rolling. It has been booked for bridal parties, birthday parties, baby showers, corporate events and in-office pampering, and pops up in Pasadena, West Adams, Silver Lake, Highland Park and nearby areas. The business states its facials are performed by licensed professionals trained in luxury skincare.

The spa treats consistent skincare at home as the key to healthy, radiant skin, and pairs each facial with personalized product suggestions and a home routine. Its clean curation is meant to support balanced skin, its team, the environment and animals.
