The Flawless Collective

The studio began as a destination for skin and brow services and later grew into a full-service skincare clinic. Auriel, a licensed esthetician and certified permanent makeup artist, founded the business and also founded Flawless Beauty.

The space has a full-service skincare suite, a dedicated lash and brow bar and private treatment rooms. All services are booked by appointment, and walk-ins are welcome when availability allows. The studio describes its appointments as personal, with each client valued.

Hair removal here includes sugaring with an all-natural method, along with waxing and threading. The booking site lists full face, full leg, underarm, full arms and lash lift options. Brazilian sugar maintenance should be booked within four weeks; after six weeks, the visit is treated as a new start and must be booked as a first-time Brazilian sugar.

Retail products are sold alongside services, including body, hair, beard and skincare items. Candles under the Glimmerings name are made with 100% soy wax, and custom and bulk candle orders are available. Buy Now, Pay Later is offered in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment. The booking site also lists a before/after hours fee. Hours are Wednesday 11 AM to 4 PM, Thursday 9:30 AM to 5 PM, Friday 9:30 AM to 7 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM, closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday.
